An interior repaint from Envision Paint Company is a full process, not a quick roll. Every job starts with protecting the room: floors covered, furniture moved to the center and wrapped, outlets and fixtures masked. Then the surface work. Nail holes and dings patched, cracks at corners and ceiling lines caulked, glossy surfaces scuff-sanded so the new paint bonds, and stains spot-primed so they do not bleed through. Only then does color go on: cut in by hand at the ceilings, corners, and trim, and two coats rolled on the walls.

Interior painting in South Florida has its own rules
Humidity and the right sheen
South Florida interiors run humid, especially in bathrooms, laundry rooms, and any room with an exterior door that opens constantly. Flat paint in those rooms absorbs moisture and shows every fingerprint. We recommend a washable matte or eggshell for main living areas, satin for kitchens and baths, and semi-gloss on trim and doors so they wipe clean. In condos with poor ventilation we specify mildew-resistant formulas.
Builder-grade paint in newer homes
Most homes built in the last fifteen years in Palm Beach County were finished with a single thin coat of flat builder paint. It cannot be cleaned, it scuffs if you look at it, and it shows roller stipple in afternoon light. Painting over it properly means a light sand, spot priming, and two full coats of a quality washable paint.
Older plaster and block walls
Pre-1970 homes in West Palm Beach, Lake Worth Beach, and Delray Beach often have plaster over block or lath. Plaster cracks along stress lines and needs flexible patching. Painted block needs a masonry conditioner so the new coat does not peel with the old chalk.
Living in the house while we work
Most of our interior jobs happen with the family at home. We work room by room, seal off the work area, use low-VOC paints, and clean up completely every evening. Bedrooms are done first so you always have somewhere to sleep.

- Walkthrough and written proposal. Brandan looks at every room, notes repairs, and lists them in the estimate.
- Color selection. We paint large samples on your walls so you can see them in morning and evening light before committing.
- Protection. Floors, furniture, fixtures, and hardware covered or removed.
- Repairs. Patching, caulking, sanding, and priming. This is where the time goes.
- Cut and roll. Two coats, hand-cut lines, back-rolled for even texture.
- Trim and doors. Brushed or sprayed depending on the finish you want.
- Final walkthrough. We go room by room with you and touch up anything you spot.
